Meet West Jersey APICS Instructors
Ralph Fariello, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP
|
Ralph is currently serving as the chapter VP of Education. He retired
from Lucent Technologies following a career of over thirty years in various
disciplines within the Bell System (Western Electric, AT&T and Lucent). In
the last 10 years of his career he was in the Consumer Products Division
(design, manufacture and marketing of cellular, corded & cordless
telephones, answering systems and telephone accessories). In Consumer
Products he held a variety of positions which gave him a broad perspective
of the consumer products industry. Most recently he was the Director of
Inventory and was integrally involved in the implementation of SAP and
Manugistics. Since retirement, Ralph did consulting work for Philips
Consumer Communications and Lucent Technologies Consumer Products. He has
been teaching APICS courseware for over ten years.

Terri Juszynski, CPIM
|
Terri is one of
our certification course instructors and a former Vice President of
Education for our chapter. She has extensive and in-depth experience
in all areas of operations management, including manufacturing
operations and demand management. Committed to excellence in
operations, she has led supply chain process reengineerings throughout
her career, having worked for Warner-Lambert/Pfizer, Toys R Us, and
Sanofi-Aventis. She is currently employed by Watson Pharma, Inc.
managing their forecasting process. Terri is a firm believer in
life-long learning; in addition to instructing CPIM courses, she is also
an adjunct professor at Centenary College, specializing in Marketing and
Quantitative Analysis. She has a BS in Business Management from
Centenary and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Ron Dolan, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP
|
Ron has 40 years of
management and supply chain experience. He is currently the Director of
Education for the National Kitchen & Bath Association and an adjunct
professor for Fox Valley Technical College, teaching APICS courses on-line.
He began as a Systems Engineer and Marketing Representative for IBM,
became a Data Processing Manager, MIS Manager, and MIS Director for
different manufacturing companies, VP of a consulting firm, President of his
own consulting firm for more than 12 years, Regional Services Director for
an ERP vendor, and Faculty Coordinator and adjunct professor at Centenary
College. Concurrent with much of his civilian career, Ron served for over
20 years as an officer in the active and reserve components of the US Army,
retiring at the rank of colonel.
Ron’s educational background includes a BS and MA in Education from Seton
Hall University and diplomas from the Command and General Staff College and
the National Defense University. He’s a Certified Fellow in Production and
Inventory Management (CFPIM), Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM),
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and certified Facilitator for
APICS’ Train the Trainer (TTT) and Learning Dynamics (LDI) courses. He has
a New Jersey Secondary Education Teaching Certificate and a teaching
certificate to teach APICS courses on-line from Wisconsin. |
Joe Aiello,
CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP
|
Joe is a Senior Management Consultant for
Aiello-Woodstock Associates, a firm specializing in manufacturing &
distribution consulting, project management and education.
He is a nationally recognized lecturer, consultant and
educator on various manufacturing distribution techniques and technologies; speaking at
universities, colleges, professional societies and manufacturing &
distribution companies across the United States. Joe has spoken at over a
dozen APICS International Conferences, spanning four decades, including the
2007 International Conference in Denver.
Joe is the recipient of the 1994 “Lifetime Achievement
Award” from the Northern New Jersey Chapter of APICS. He is a certified APICS
instructor and is recognized as a Certified Fellow (CFPIM) and also holds a
certification in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM). Must recently he
achieved certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
Academically, Joe is a graduate of the New York Fashion
Institute of Technology, with a major in Engineering Technology, as well as a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson
University, where he majored in Business Management. He is the author of “Rightsizing
Inventory” a book being sold Worldwide by Auerbach Publications;
released in August 2007.
